The organization fosters a culture of innovation, integrity, and inclusion, where diverse team members are empowered to contribute and grow.Role Description The ERP Sales Executive (Mid-Level) will focus on selling ERPNext-based solutions to SMEs, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, preparing tailored demos and presentations, and articulating how ERP modules address specific business challenges. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contract terms, and collaborating with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handover. The ERP Sales Executive will maintain a pipeline in the CRM, provide regular sales forecasts, and build long-term client relationships through consultative engagement and follow-up. This is a contract, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with a mix of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility.Qualifications Proven experience in Software Sales and ERP or business applications Sales.Strong skills in Lead Generation and pipeline development.Ability to apply Consultative Selling techniques to understand client needs and propose suitable ERP solutions.Experience with Contract Negotiation and closing deals with SMEs or enterprise clients.Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes (e.g., inventory, accounting, manufacturing, CRM, HR).Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Cairo, with client-facing responsibilities.Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field preferred.Prior experience in the Egyptian or regional market and familiarity with open-source ERP solutions is an advantage.
