Investment Product Intern

Product & Business Intern:Research competitors' investment products and features.Monitor market trends and developments in the investment and fintech space.Prepare simple competitor comparisons and presentations.Review customer feedback, complaints, and call center tickets.Identify common customer issues and summarize key insights.Assist in testing new product features and documenting findings.Support the preparation of product requirements, presentations, and other product-related materials.Assist the team with day-to-day business and product activities as needed.Objective: Gain exposure to investment products, product management, customer insights, and market research while supporting the Investments team.
