ERPNext Developer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented and experienced ERPNext Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing and maintaining ERPNext solutions using Frappe Framework. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions, system integrations and process automation that drive operational efficiency.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize ERPNext modules, applications, Doctypes, and workflows based on business needs.Build and maintain integrations between ERPNext and third-party systems, APIs, websites, and mobile applications.Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls across departments.Perform system upgrades, migrations, and ensure data integrity and security.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Monitor and optimize system performance, including database tuning and scalability improvements.Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and maintain clean code practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance ERP capabilities.RequirementsProven 3+ years of experience as an ERPNext Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, HTML, and CSS.Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext customization.Good knowledge of Linux server administration and Git version control.Understanding of business processes such as Accounting, HR, Inventory, and Operations.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.Nice to HaveExperience with AWS or other cloud platforms.Knowledge of Docker and deployment automation.Contributions to ERPNext / Frappe open-source community.Experience working with large enterprises or government sectors.Expertise in system scaling and performance optimization.
