In this role, you will be pivotal in providing technical support for Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence. You will collaborate with our clients and partners to deliver effective support solutions that align with their business requirements.You will be part of a team that reports to the Cloud Service Delivery Director and will be an integral part of the team based in Cairo, as well as those delivering client transformation programs across the PwC Global Network, including the UK, the Netherlands and Germany. As an Atlassian Products Support Engineer, you will:Provide technical support for Atlassian products, ensuring adherence to best practices and standardsManage and optimize application performance, security, and operational tasksTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Jira, Confluence, and associated toolsWork closely with other support engineers, developers, architects, and project managers within our organizationManaging Jira Projects and Confluence Spaces on both Cloud and self-hosted versionsSupport daily tickets and requests on both Jira and Confluence, to create new Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, and Confluence Spaces Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldA minimum of 2 years of experience in the Applications Technical Support DomainProficient in supporting Atlassian products, particularly Jira and ConfluenceFamiliarity with application support tools and methodologiesExperience with scripting and automation toolsKnowledge of IT service management and agile methodologiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in English Desirable:Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP-620) Managing Jira Cloud Projects Certification or Similar Atlassian Certification Essential skills & attributes:Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as basic presentation skillsAbility to work within a fast-paced & unstructured environment.Excellent time management, communication and organizational skillsAbility to interact efficiently and collaborate with team membersEducation:UniversityBachelors education in a Computer Science/ IT / Communications EngineeringDesired Languages:Fluent (English) - Speaking and WritingWhat we offer:Flexible working arrangements (Flex-work, Home Office)Refer-a-Friend – get a bonus in the employee referral program Wide range of leading-edge trainings (including language courses)Family Medical InsuranceYearly Bonus This position offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
