The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP-PP, strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP-PP implementation, upgrades, and support across global manufacturing sites.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, PM, APO) to ensure seamless integration and data flow.Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions and configurations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning, capacity planning, and shop floor control.Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and analysts.Oversee change management, training, and user adoption strategies.Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance policies.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP-PP, including configuration, customization, and integration.Proven track record of leading SAP-PP projects in large-scale manufacturing environments.Strong understanding of discrete and process manufacturing processes.Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
