Event and PR lead

This role is on-site, allowing for close collaboration and a hands-on approach.Responsibilities:Develop and execute innovative event strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.Manage media relations, build strong relationships with journalists and influencers, and secure positive media coverage.Oversee social media strategy and content creation to maximize reach and engagement.Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.Monitor and analyze PR and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.Handle crisis communications effectively, protecting the company's reputation.Growth Opportunities:This role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to lead larger teams and take on more strategic responsibilities. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or event management.Skills: Proven expertise in Marketing, PR, Public Relations (PR), and Social Media.Event Planning: Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful events, from concept to completion.Media Relations: Strong media relations skills with a track record of securing positive media coverage.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cairo, Egypt.
