This is an on-site role where your presence and direct involvement will drive success.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement robust warehouse strategies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.Inventory Management Excellence: Oversee all inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of medical and pharmaceutical goods, ensuring accuracy and minimizing waste.Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant medical, pharmaceutical, and logistics regulations, quality standards, and company policies.Process Optimization: Apply Six Sigma principles and other methodologies to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance overall warehouse productivity.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, and other departments to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and support business objectives.Facility Management: Maintain the warehouse facility and equipment in optimal condition, ensuring a safe and organized working environment.Skills & Technologies: This role demands a blend of strong leadership, meticulous operational skills, and a deep understanding of the medical supply chain.
