With an expanding calendar of events and a collaborative internal team, they are looking for a seasoned events professional to take full ownership of their event production function and help elevate every experience they deliver.Role Overview:The Event Manager will own the full lifecycle of event planning and execution — from initial concept and vendor coordination through day-of production and post-event reporting. The Event Manager will serve as the operational backbone of all live experiences, conferences, and special productions, ensuring every event is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9AM - 5PM ESTResponsibilities:Event Planning & ExecutionLead end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, community events, live productions, and special experiencesBuild and manage detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedulesFinalize all event preparation elements ahead of each experience to ensure smooth deliveryServe as the primary point of accountability for on-the-ground event executionVendor & Venue CoordinationSource, negotiate with, and manage vendors and venues across all event typesMaintain vendor relationships and keep records of contacts, contracts, and deliverablesEnsure all production elements are confirmed, present, and operational ahead of each eventBudget & Logistics ManagementOversee event budgets, tracking spend against approved allocations and flagging variances earlyManage logistics including equipment, materials, staffing, and on-site coordinationAudit and update all event assets on a regular cadence to ensure accuracy and readinessInternal Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on event needs, timelines, and responsibilitiesCommunicate event status updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders on a regular basisPrepare and submit event checklists and meeting agendas for leadership review and approvalManage all event-related correspondence, responding to urgent communications promptlyDocumentation & ReportingMaintain thorough event documentation including checklists, status reports, and post-event summariesComplete weekly event reporting workflows and submit deliverables to upline leadership on scheduleSupport the organization's broader calendar management and planning infrastructureExperience:Demonstrated experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, including conferences, community events, or live productions3+ years of hands-on experience in an events management, event production, or closely related roleProven track record managing vendor relationships and venue coordination across multiple concurrent eventsExperience overseeing event budgets and managing logistics from pre-event through post-eventBackground using project management tools and Google Workspace in a professional settingExperience with event planning software is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills with experience managing stakeholder relationshipsSkills:Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong project management mindset — able to build systems, track details, and keep teams alignedCalm and effective under pressure, especially in high-stakes live event environmentsProactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and surfaces issues earlyDetail-oriented with a passion for delivering polished, high-quality experiencesSelf-motivated and reliable — able to work independently in a fully remote environmentCollaborative team player who can coordinate across departments and levels of leadershipThis is a high-ownership, high-impact role for an events professional who wants to be the person that makes things happen — not just support them.
