Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Marketing Manager, based in Marrakesh. This position involves planning, organizing, and managing events such as trade shows, corporate gatherings, and seasonal activities. The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to drive event engagement, handling event logistics, fostering vendor partnerships, and working closely with the sales team to align event objectives with business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution is a key component of this role. Qualifications Expertise in Event Marketing, including crafting strategies to increase event visibility and audience engagementProficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, with the ability to organize and execute events from inception to completionExperience managing Trade Shows and other large-scale events, including vendor coordination and on-ground operationsStrong Sales skills with the ability to align event initiatives with revenue and business objectivesExceptional organizational and project management skillsSophisticated communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and negotiate effectivelyPrior experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a strong advantageBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
