Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Hurghada for a skilled German Chef. The German Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting authentic German dishes with precision and creativity. Key responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining food quality standards, supervising kitchen staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations. The chef will collaborate with other culinary professionals to enhance guest satisfaction and provide an exceptional dining experience tailored to the resort’s high-quality standards. QualificationsProven expertise in German cuisine, including preparation, presentation, and flavor customization.Strong skills in menu planning, recipe development, and preparation of traditional German dishes.Experience in managing kitchen teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring productivity.Familiarity with food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management practices in the food industry.Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet high-volume dining demands.Effective communication skills to facilitate teamwork and coordination within a multicultural kitchen environment.Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in German cuisine is preferred.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
