Job PurposeTo lead day-to-day electrical site execution for fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, proper coordination with consultants, and controlled site operations without dependency on a single individual.Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & PlanningLead daily site execution activities (LV & Light Current works)Prepare and follow up on short-term lookahead plans (1–2 weeks)Allocate tasks to supervisors and monitor productivityEnsure works are executed according to drawings and specifications2. Technical CoordinationReview and coordinate shop drawings with consultant requirementsRaise and follow up on RFIs (Requests for Information)Handle site instructions and technical clarificationsCoordinate with other disciplines (MEP/Arch/Structure) on site3. Progress Tracking & ReportingTrack daily and weekly progress against planProvide accurate daily reports (progress, issues, materials)Highlight delays and propose corrective actions4. Commercial & Documentation SupportAssist in quantity take-offs and progress measurementSupport preparation of monthly invoices (interim payment applications)Track variations (VOs) and document changes properly5. Procurement & MaterialsPrepare Material Requests (MRs)Follow up on material delivery and approvalsEnsure materials meet project specifications6.
