We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Office Coordinator to support daily operations and administrative tasks. The role requires strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations and coordinationTrack attendance, leaves, and staff recordsHandle basic HR tasks (documents, hiring coordination, contracts)Organize meetings, schedules, and follow-upsCoordinate company transportation and logisticsFollow up on site requests and internal tasksMaintain organized documentation and filing systemsSupport management with reports and administrative tasks Experience in administration, office coordination, or similar rolesStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to follow up on multiple tasksProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (mandatory)Good communication skills and ability to deal with different teamsAbility to handle work pressure and prioritize tasks effectivelyBasic understanding of HR processes (attendance, hiring coordination, employee records)Experience in construction or contracting companies is a plusReliable, committed, and able to work with minimal supervisionMust be highly responsive and follow tasks through to completionMust be comfortable handling operational and logistical coordination (transportation, scheduling, follow-ups)
