Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor GSC initiatives by tracking timelines, milestones, project status, and follow-up actions. Support governance activities by maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and monitoring risks and dependencies. Facilitate cross-functional communication by coordinating with stakeholders, following up on action items, and resolving routine dependencies. Support continuous improvement initiatives through change management coordination, resource tracking, and maintaining accurate project records and dashboardsRequirementsBachelor's degree required; business administration or related field preferred. 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff-type role supporting C-suite or senior leadership, ideally in a multinational, regulated, or manufacturing environment. Experience supporting a role with multi-country or regional scope strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort working with Power Automate/Approvals workflows a plus. Fluent English required; Arabic and English, and/or French a strong advantage given the EMEA footprint.
