Job Description :Organize and manage the calendar of the CEO and the executive team. Book meetings, summarize pre-reads and set clear and efficient meeting agendas Attend meetings and take detailed notes. Identify, assign and track action items to completionHandle communication on various channels on behalf of the CEODraft letters, documents, contracts and proposals in English and Arabic to various stakeholders and institutions Collect product feedback from customers and third party vendors on a weekly basis though written and verbal communicationRun analysis and produce weekly data-driven reports and insightsPrepare and present presentations internally and externallyHandle sensitive and highly confidential informationEnforce company rules and regulations in the workplaceCoordinate travel arrangements for the CEOOrganizing small, medium and large scale eventsHandle and follow up on recruitment and hiring processesMonitor company and team expenditure and propose optimizationsCollect, submit and reconcile expense reports for the CEOOwn and handle office management duties Perform other duties as assigned by the CEOJob Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university. 2 - 5 years of experience in an administrative, project management or similar roleHighly organized, efficient, presentable, impact-driven, and process orientedTech-enabled. Comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets and other toolsEffective interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with diversestakeholders to drive alignmentGreat with numbers with solid quantitative analysis skillsExcellent Level of English Personal Skills: Leadership, Self-Motivated, Teamwork, Critical Thinking, ProblemSolving, Result Oriented, Growth Mindset
