Personal Assistant (Expats)

A leading multinational company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership. We are specifically seeking an expat who is currently based in Egypt and has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discretion and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsCoordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerariesScreen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence, responding when appropriatePrepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other documentsOrganize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action itemsHandle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalismCoordinate personal and business-related tasks, ensuring deadlines are metLiaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, vendors, and service providersManage expense reports, invoices, and basic budget trackingMaintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and recordsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.3–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
