Executive Assistant & Office ManagerLocation: Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October, EgyptRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support senior leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to executives (calendar management, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.)Manage office operations and ensure a productive, well-organized work environmentCoordinate internal and external communications in both Arabic and EnglishPrepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office toolsHandle basic social media activities (scheduling posts, responding to messages)Assist in organizing meetings, events, and visits for international and Gulf stakeholdersMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office ManagerNative Arabic & full professional English (written and spoken)Bachelor’s degreeStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsProfessional, presentable, and calm under pressureMust be based in Sheikh Zayed or 6th of OctoberPreferred Qualifications (Pluses)Additional language (French, German, Italian, or others)Previous experience in an IT or technology companyBackground in marketing or content creationExperience dealing with international or Gulf visitorsDriving license and own transportation
