We are a fast-growing Canadian moving and logistics company looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Dispatch, Operations & Sales Coordinator to join our team.This is a hybrid role based in East Cairo, supporting our Canadian operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating daily operations while also driving sales through prompt lead follow-up and excellent customer service.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by both operational excellence and achieving sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & DispatchCoordinate daily schedules and dispatch activities.Communicate with customers regarding bookings, ETAs, and service updates.Maintain accurate job records and update internal systems.Coordinate with crews and management to ensure smooth daily operations.Handle administrative and operational tasks efficiently.Escalate operational issues promptly when necessary.Sales & Customer SuccessRespond to new customer inquiries quickly and professionally.Follow up on quotations and outstanding leads within strict response time targets.Build rapport with customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.Maintain and update the sales pipeline.Meet individual sales KPIs and monthly conversion targets.Work closely with management to improve customer experience and sales performance.CompensationCompetitive fixed monthly salaryAttractive commission structure based on sales performance.Performance-based incentives and future growth opportunities. Exact hours vary depending on operational requirements and not every shift covers the full window.Flexibility is essential, particularly during the busy summer season when operational demands are higher.On some office days, work may extend until 12:00 AM–1:00 AM if business needs require it.
