This candidate is considered the backbone of the daily operations. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that our agricultural products move seamlessly from farm/warehouse to international markets. This role requires a high degree of organization, a "paperwork-perfect" mindset, and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of global trade.The ideal candidate should be a an executer, task oriented, with high level of organizational and tactical skills. He/she will be responsible for managing and operating daily logistics, documents, administrative paperwork and setting up all necessary operational arrangements.Job ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Supply Chain CoordinationCoordinate daily transportation schedules between farms, processing centers, and portsLiaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport vendors to secure bookings and competitive ratesLiaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport vendors to secure bookings and competitive rates.Monitor cargo movement in real-time to ensure on-time delivery and troubleshoot any transit delaysExport Documentation & CompliancePrepare and manage all essential export documents, including but not limited to; Commercial Invoices & Packing Lists and certificates of originEnsure all paperwork complies with the destination country’s customs regulations and trade agreements.Administrative & Office SupportMaintain a digital and physical filing system for all shipment records and company contractsManage the submission of official and or governmental documentsTrack operational expenses and verify invoices from logistics service providers.Maintain up-to-date databases of suppliers, certifications and licenses.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Management or commerce or any related field0-2 years of experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP software or logistics management systems is a plusCompetencies:Extreme attention to detail (missing one stamp can hold up a container)Strong communication skills for negotiating with vendors.Ability to multitask under tight shipping cut-off deadlines.High level of Organization Skills and following upEye for Quality to maintain high standardsFunction with AI tools is a plus
