This role transcends traditional executive assistant duties by owning systems, managing complex cross-functional projects, and acting as a force multiplier for the CEO. The EOA will manage the CEO’s priorities, communication flow, and follow-through, ensuring the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for all key interactions. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility across all active ventures, tracking milestones and deliverables, driving special projects independently, and building operational workflows and dashboards. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with team leads, contractors, and vendors, managing hiring logistics, resolving operational challenges, and overseeing the company’s operating system and CRM data hygiene.
