You will be responsible for opening new opportunities, building pipeline, and driving business growth not only following existing leads.QualificationsIdentify and develop new customers and business opportunities across target sectorsConduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationshipsPromote and sell company products (TEAM Inc, Valves, mechanical plugs, and related solutions)Actively explore and develop new applications and market segmentsFollow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing opportunitiesRegister the company in vendor lists and maintain customer documentationMaintain accurate tracking of all activities and opportunities (CRM)Support in preparing technical and commercial offersRequirements5 years of experience in industrial / oil & gas / technical salesMechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical education is preferredProven experience in business development and client acquisition Strong communication and negotiation skillsExperience in field sales and customer visitsSelf-driven, disciplined, and able to work independentlyGood English (spoken and written)Owns a car and willing to travel for customer visitsWhat We OfferOpportunity to play a key role in building and scaling the businessExposure to international brands and major clientsDirect interaction with management and fast learning curveCompetitive salary + performance-based incentivesIf you are interested, please send your CV to: info@abarengineering.com
