Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify, evaluate, and secure new property opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our real estate portfolio by sourcing deals, conducting market analysis, and negotiating acquisitions.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source potential real estate investment opportunities (residential, commercial, or land)Conduct market research and analyze property values, trends, and ROI potentialBuild and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, developers, and property ownersEvaluate properties through financial modeling and feasibility studiesLead negotiations with sellers to secure favorable acquisition termsCoordinate due diligence processes, including legal, financial, and technical assessmentsWork closely with legal and finance teams to finalize transactionsMaintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities and track deal progressJob Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.2-5+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment, or brokerage.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Solid understanding of real estate markets and investment analysis.Ability to analyze financial data and assess property value.Experience With CRM Tools And Microsoft Excel Is Preferred.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of local real estate regulations and processes.Strong network within the real estate market.Results-oriented with a strong sales mindset.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
