What You’ll do:Lead, coach, and grow distributor partnerships to deliver sustainable business growth.Build trusted relationships with distributors, agents, and customers through regular engagement, training, and market support.Shape and execute annual business plans, budgets, and sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.Unlock new business opportunities by expanding into new markets and onboarding new distributors.Use market insights and competitor analysis to identify trends and spot growth opportunities.Partner with cross-functional teams to launch products and solutions that meet customer and market needs.Track sales performance, KPIs, budgets, and profitability, and take action to maximize results.Strengthen brand presence and grow market share through strategic initiatives and partnerships.Represent the business at trade fairs and industry events to build visibility and create new opportunities.Prepare monthly reports and ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and regional regulations.What you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.At least 5 years of experience in export or international trading, ideally within FMCG.Strong knowledge of global FMCG trade, sales management, and business development.Good understanding of FX, market dynamics, and international trading practices.Established network within regional and international FMCG markets.Excellent spoken and written English.Strong computer skills.You’ll love this job if you’re:A confident and approachable communicator who builds strong relationships with ease.A creative thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.A collaborative team player who listens actively and contributes positively.Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
