Job OverviewThe ELV Presales Team Leader for Security Systems will lead a dedicated team of presales engineers to design, estimate, and propose complex physical security and integrated solutions. This role acts as the technical bridge between the sales team, clients, and technology vendors. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in enterprise-level security platforms and proven experience managing bid lifecycles for mega-projects.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Resource Management: Manage, mentor, and allocate tasks to the security presales team. Ensure timely delivery of technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.Solution Architecture: Lead the design of complex, integrated security solutions including Video Surveillance (CCTV), Access Control (ACS), Intrusion Detection, and Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) systems.Bid Management: Oversee the end-to-end bid management process for high-value tenders. Review RFPs, define the technical strategy, and ensure compliance with tender specifications.Vendor & Partner Management: Maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners. Negotiate project-specific pricing and secure technical support during the bidding phase.Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to define margins, identify value engineering opportunities, and optimize the total cost of ownership to win competitive bids.Client Engagement: Act as the technical authority in client-facing presentations, workshops, and clarification meetings.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Communication Engineering or a related field.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in ELV/Security Systems presales or design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.Extensive knowledge of top-tier security manufacturers and platforms.Relevant vendor certifications (Milestone MCDE) or industry credentials are highly preferred.Strong commercial acumen and bid management expertise.
