Coordinate and process export shipments in accordance with company policies and international trade regulationsPrepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export laws, and trade compliance requirementsLiaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal departmentsMonitor shipment schedules and track shipments to ensure timely deliveryResolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepanciesMaintain accurate records of export activities and documentationProvide updates to customers regarding shipment statusEnsure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of export goodsAssist in negotiating shipping rates and managing transportation costs Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)Proven experience in export coordination, logistics, or shippingKnowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs proceduresFamiliarity with export documentation and compliance requirementsStrong organizational and multitasking skills
