A leading Frozen Fruits & Vegetables manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive international business growth and expand our global market presence.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve company targets.• Identify and penetrate new international markets.• Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, and key accounts.• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with overseas customers.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.• Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree.• Minimum 7 years of experience in Export Sales.• MUST have proven experience in Frozen Fruits & Vegetables (IQF).• Strong network of international buyers and distributors.• Excellent negotiation and business development skills.• Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations.• Fluent English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
