Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand market share in international markets.Identify and acquire new clients, distributors, and business opportunities abroad.Manage existing customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international clients.Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in target regions.Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business trips when required.Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and customs requirements.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the packaging industry (e.g., paper, plastic, flexible packaging, cartons, etc.).Strong knowledge of international markets, export procedures, and logistics.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding export markets.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.Ability to travel internationally when needed.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
