• Entering orders into the Oracle system. • Collecting and following up on customer payments. • Coordinating with factories to track finished production. • Liaising with warehouses to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. • Coordinating invoices with the accounting team and following up collections. • Sending product samples to customers and collecting samples when required. • Conducting online and social media research to identify potential customers. • Scheduling and arranging appointments with customers, including follow-ups for visits. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, or administration.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in sales operations.
