Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, shipping, and customs clearance.Coordinate with shipping suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.Prepare and review all necessary export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues related to delays, compliance, or damaged goods.Ensure compliance with export and import regulations and procedures.Maintain records of shipments, tracking details, and system updates.Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and finance teams to streamline the export process.Negotiate freight rates and optimize shipping costs.Support other logistics department by covering other functions as needed to ensure smooth department operationsCollaborate across functions within the logistics department to enhance operation overall.QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeLess than 3 Years of Experience
