Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, accurate, and cost-effective way and ensure compliance with all F&B policies, standards, procedures and all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.Manage budgets and forecasts with the F&B managers across all branches in his scope following standards and legal obligations.Assists in the ordering of F&B supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms and Monitor inventory levels of food products to ensure they are consistent with sales trends over time.Monitor the KPIs of his subordinates. Analyze and report weekly on controllable, sales and profit to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking.Ensure that all equipment used is in a safe working order, checked regularly and any faults reported to management. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty. Educational background and previous experience: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or similar field.Minimum 10 years of proven experience in F&B.Knowledge and Functional Skills: Good MS Office Applications knowledge.Excellent communication skills.Very Good organizational skills.Attention to details.Time management and organizational skills.Teamwork.Leadership Skills.Core Competencies: Initiative.Collaboration.Logical Reasoning.Customer Oriented.Managing Resources.Managing People.
