OMSI offers a technically driven environment where engineering precision and collaboration are highly valued.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Façade Technical Office Engineer role based in Heliopolis. The Façade Technical Office Engineer will prepare and review façade shop drawings, floor and key plans, elevations, sections, and detailed fabrication drawings for curtain walls, cladding, and related systems. The role includes coordinating with site, and production teams to ensure technical compliance, constructability, and alignment with project specifications and standards. The engineer will assist in preparing and updating bills of quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, and technical submittals, and will support tendering and variation claims with accurate quantities and drawings.QualificationsStrong technical office experience in façade engineering, including shop drawings and coordination with site and design teams.Proficiency in preparing and reviewing shop drawings and fabrication drawings (Shop Drawings) for curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and related façade elements.Solid background in quantities and cost-related documentation, including bills of quantities and material take-offs.Good command of CAD and related design tools; familiarity with façade systems, materials, and fixing details.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, or a related Engineering field; previous experience in façade or curtain wall projects is highly beneficial.How to applyIf you meet the above qualifications and are eager to contribute to our team, please send your resume to: hr@omsigroup.com with the subject line “Façade Technical Office Engineer”.
