Position: Facade Senior Bim Arch EngineersRole DescriptionFacade design experience and knowledge of different facade systems. Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM parametric families & models in accordance with project standards and BIM execution plans.Knowledge of preparing BIM reports (BEP-MIDP-TIDP).Create accurate 3D models, drawings, schedules, and quantities using Revit and related BIM tools.Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to identify and resolve clashes using Navis works.Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.Support design development, shop drawing production, and construction documentation.Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.Maintain and update BIM content libraries and templates when required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.3 - 4+ years of facade technical focused roles. 2 - 4++ years of experience in a BIM-focused role (adjustable based on seniority).Proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, or BIM 360 is an advantage.Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes.Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.Good communication and teamwork skills.
