About The JobYou’re looking for fulfillment, we’re looking for You!As a Facilities Supervisor, you will lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure the provision of a high standard of cleaning service for El Obour Plant. In addition to implementing Danone’s policies and procedures to ensure personnel and property protection. About youMain ResponsibilitiesMonitor cleaning quality and inspect site facilities. Respond promptly to facility issues and take corrective actions. Manage the waste area and its operations. Plan and oversee facility repairs, maintenance, and daily operations. Supervise cleaning staff and set daily cleaning schedules. Prepare reports, maintain records, and evaluate housekeeping performance. Oversee high‑level cleaning tasks (floors, walls, furniture, restrooms). Ensure cleaning equipment/materials are cleaned and properly stored. Train cleaners on equipment use, cleaning materials, and safe practices. Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements. Manage cleaning and cafeteria stock, equipment, and purchase orders. Handle cleaning complaints and ensure quick resolution. Manage the facilities budget and drive improvement initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree holder2 to 4 years of experience in the facilities field. Excellent leadership, communication skills and stakeholder management. Action & detail oriented.
