Carry out various day-to-day GA and operational needs of the office closely with other location GA PIC's in the regionBuild positive rapport and relationships with various vendorsCommunication liaison between property manager, facilities, security and staffAssist with office space arrangement and renovationCreating shipping labels when requested by other employeesConsolidating attendance/COVID-19 from all locationsProcess invoices for various vendors in a timely manner by working closely with the finance teamManage badge and access control for new hires and existing employeesPrepare office supplies, name card, and other necessary equipment for new hiresProcess various requests including office supplies, business cards, company cell phone inventory, etc.Supporting the Head of Team's for various tasks that are requestedMaintain a clean, organized and safe work environmentReceive and distribute various mail parcels dailyRoutinely take care of facility management (safety and cleanliness) of all areas in the officePlan and coordinate location events and meetings throughout the yearEH&S, Ensure a safe and compliant work environment through regular inspections and regulatory adherenceSupport government-related documentation, compliance, and communication with relevant authorities High School Diploma Or GED required2+ years of progressive experience as general affairs coordinator or equivalent experience as facility coordinator in warehouse setting.Excellent understanding of computer security software and electronic equipmentMust have strong sense of urgency to recognize situations where immediate resolution is needed.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretionAbility to read and analyze procedures and regulationsExcellent computer skills (including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint),Effective oral and written communication skills;Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;Great attention to detail and skilled in taking initiatives
