With its innovative IT technology, SDS developed the integrated logistics solution called "Cello" in 2010, started its logistics business in 2012 and expanded its logistics business with Business Process Outsourcing. Prepare and organize meeting materials, reports, and presentation documents.Collect, summarize, and report weekly sales activities from sales team members.Maintain and update records and activity logs within the company system accurately.Prepare meeting minutes and summarize weekly meeting results for internal sharing and follow-up.Support internal communication and coordination between departments.Report key issues, progress updates, and action items directly to the Branch Manager.Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating business-related arrangements.Support administrative tasks including document management, filing, and follow-up on pending matters.Provide Korean-English communication support when required. Fluent in English; Korean language skill preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently.Previous coordinator, secretary, admin, or assistant experience is preferred.Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information professionally.
