Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices.Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of maintenance, land Scape, cleaning, and security personnel.Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility repairs, renovations, and service agreements.Monitor facility budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Manage preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.Prepare and present facility management reports to senior leadership.Drive sustainability initiatives and implement energy-saving measures across all facilities.Ensure all facility operations align with company objectives and support ongoing construction projects.Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.Participate in architectural and engineering planning and design, including space and installation management.Set goals and deadlines for the department.Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Acquire, distribute and store supplies.Dispose of, or oversee the disposal of, surplus or unclaimed property.Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all company facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Minimum of 12 year of experience in facility management or a related field.Proven ability to manage facility operations in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Experience in budgeting and resource allocation.Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and contractors.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work arrangements, including hybrid settings.Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.(or) Diploma in Facility & Property Management(or) Certified Facility Manager (CFM) – IFMA.
