Role Purpose:As a Fashion Buyer, you will be responsible for curating a trendy, diverse, and high-quality range of fashion products that resonate with our target customers. You will work closely with our merchandising, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that we offer products that align with our brand, meet customer demand, and drive profitability.Job Responsibilities:Stay ahead of the trends by sourcing and selecting products that align with the latest fashion and customer preferences, especially focusing on local Egyptian trendy brands.Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion brands, updating them regularly on sales performance and ensuring they meet the store’s needs.Send daily sales reports to all brands to communicate sales trends, performance, and inventory levels.Manage store inventory to ensure we’re meeting sales goals while optimizing stock levels and product turnover.Work closely with the store team to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained, creating an interesting and eye-catching environment that encourages customers to buy.Coordinate with Store Managers and Visual Merchandisers to align product selection with store displays and customer demand.Job Requirements:Proven experience not less than 2 years in fashion buying, store management, or a similar role in fashion retail.Strong ability to manage store inventory, analyze sales data, and ensure inventory meets sales goals.Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and a creative eye for creating an appealing store layout that drives customer engagement.Experience working with fashion brands and updating them regularly on sales performance and market trends.Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage inventory, sales data, and reporting efficiently.Ability to work effectively with Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and other departments to ensure store success.
