Job Purpose:The Document Controller is responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all project and contractual documentation within the Contracting Department. The role ensures that drawings, contracts, correspondence, technical submittals, reports, and other project records are accurately filed, updated, tracked, and distributed in accordance with M squared procedures and project requirements.Job Responsibilities:Maintain, organize, and control all contracting and project-related documents.Receive, register, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence.Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, updated, and readily accessible to authorized personnel.Monitor document revisions and maintain accurate version control to ensure the use of current documents.Prepare and manage document transmittals, logs, and registers.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors regarding document submissions and approvals.Track the status of technical submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, RFIs, and other project documentation.Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and project requirements.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive contractual and project information.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.1–3 years of experience in document control, preferably within real estate industry.Knowledge of document control procedures, records management, and project documentation processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Strong organizational and filing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills.
