Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop the design team to achieve high performance and creativity.Oversee the development of seasonal collections from concept to final execution.Ensure adherence to collection timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Manage and organize samples, ensuring quality and alignment with approved designs.Research and stay updated on the latest fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes.Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to maintain a strong market position.Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.Propose innovative ideas to enhance collections and drive sales performance.Prepare regular reports on collection progress and team performance. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design.Previous experience in a leadership or senior role is a must.Strong understanding of fashion trends and market dynamics.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
