As we grow, we're looking for a Financial Analyst to take ownership of the financial modeling and analysis that sits at the heart of every study.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild complete, formula-driven financial models in ExcelStructure project costs — both fixed and variable (salaries, rent, marketing, operating costs, raw materials, shipping & customs)Define capital structure, founding-period costs, financing/loan schedules, and reservesCalculate revenues based on production capacity and pricing strategyPrepare estimated budgets and the three core financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash FlowRun the full investment evaluation — NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback Period, Break-even, Profitability Index, and Sensitivity AnalysisReview and verify every figure before delivery (accuracy is non-negotiable)━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 👤 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're open to two profiles:▸ Profile A — High-Potential Analyst An early-career analyst (0–2 years) with a solid grasp of financial concepts and Excel, a sharp eye for detail, and the drive to learn fast. We'll train you on our full methodology.▸ Profile B — Experienced Analyst Someone who has already worked hands-on in financial analysis or modeling for feasibility studies and can run independently from day one.✅ REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldStrong command of Excel and financial modeling fundamentalsClear understanding of fixed vs. variable costs, depreciation, and financial statementsFamiliarity with investment indicators (NPV, IRR, payback, break-even)Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detailSolid research skills for sourcing accurate cost and market dataGood English (our studies span multiple markets and currencies)⭐ PREFERREDTraining or certification in financial modeling is a plusExposure to feasibility-study workflows and financial reporting standards
