As we expand — including into the Saudi market in line with Vision 2030 —we're building the team that will carry the next phase of growth.We're looking for an HR Generalist who wants ownership, not just a job description. Someone who'll help shape how we hire, develop, and retain the kind of talent our clients' work demands.What you'll doOwn the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and onboarding the right people for a firm where every hire matters.Build and run performance management systems that reinforce accountability in a results-driven culture.Apply organizational behavior insight to strengthen engagement and team dynamics.Lead team-building and internal initiatives that keep a small, ambitious team cohesive and motivated.Partner directly with the founder on people strategy as we scale.What we're looking for2–3+ years of hands-on HR experience.Strong background in recruitment, performance management, and organizational behavior.Proven ability to build and develop teams.A people-first mindset with sharp judgment and strong communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you'll wear several hats.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Cairo office.A plus: experience organizing social and engagement activities that build team spirit.Why this role is different You won't be a small cog in a big HR machine.
