Role Summary:We are looking for a creative, proactive, and content-driven Social Media Manager to fully own the execution of our content strategy across Instagram and TikTok.This role goes beyond posting; you will be responsible for turning strategy into high-performing content, capturing key moments on-ground, and continuously improving content quality and performance.Responsibilities:Translate content strategy into clear weekly content plansWrite strong hooks, captions, and video scripts that drive engagement and actionIndependently capture content during workouts, events, and behind-the-scenes momentsEdit reels or brief the video editor to produce high-quality contentOwn content publishing and scheduling across platformsMonitor performance and continuously improve content (hooks, formats, storytelling)consistency in brand voice and content qualityIdentify content opportunities proactively (not just execute assigned tasks) KPIs: Consistency of postingContent quality (hooks, storytelling, engagement)Growth in inbound messages/interestImprovement in content performance over time 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creationStrong writing skills (hooks, captions, storytelling)Ability to shoot content confidently using a mobile phoneGood understanding of Instagram & TikTok content formatsBasic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)Organized and able to manage a content calendar independentlyStrong sense of content quality and visual storytellingPassion for fitness/wellness is a strong plusOwning a car is preferred
