Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Field Collection Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing the collection of outstanding debts, maintaining organized records of transactions, handling customer queries related to payments, and collaborating with internal finance teams. The role requires professionalism in engaging with clients and ensuring timely cash collections while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection.Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities.Basic Finance knowledge and attention to accuracy in financial transactions.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in relevant software and financial systems is a plus.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.Previous experience in a similar role and fluency in English and Arabic are advantageous but not required.
