Job DescriptionField Sales Officers who directly interact with customers, generate leads, and close deals. They are responsible for driving revenue by meeting individual sales targets and are the first point of contact with clients.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition & Growth: Actively seeking new sales leads, cold-calling, and conducting in-person meetings to sell products or services.Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-lasting, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure high retention.Territory Management: Traveling within a designated area to meet clients, develop "out-of-the-box" sales strategies, and map potential opportunities.Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding personal and team weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.Reporting & Analysis: Providing feedback, monitoring competitor activities, and documenting sales activities, leads, and customer complaints.QualificationsEducation: Degree from a recognized university or Higher institute.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Mobility: Clean, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.Experience: Proven experience as a field sales rep or similar outside sales role, with a strong record of meeting targets.
