This role is responsible for meeting prospective customers, explaining Furas Makkah’s Umrah packages and services, and guiding clients through the booking process. The Field Sales Representative will conduct in-person sales visits, follow up on leads, manage client inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with local partners and agencies. Daily activities include identifying new sales opportunities, presenting tailored package options, handling basic documentation, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. The role also involves achieving sales targets, reporting on market trends, and representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.Qualifications Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust in person.Experience in field or direct sales, preferably in travel, tourism, or related service industries.Ability to understand and explain travel packages, including flights, visas, and accommodation options, in a structured and accessible way.Basic organizational and administrative skills for handling bookings, documentation, and follow-ups.Comfort working in an on-site environment in Markaz Sohag, with flexibility to meet clients at various locations as needed.Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and report progress regularly.Proficiency in relevant local languages and good spoken and written English are beneficial.Prior knowledge of Umrah procedures and travel requirements is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or tourism is a plus.
