We support industrial customers by delivering reliable technical solutions that improve equipment performance, operational efficiency, and long-term equipment reliability.We are currently looking for a Field Services Engineer to join our growing technical team and support industrial customers through technical consultation, field services, and performance improvement initiatives.Job PurposeThe Field Services Engineer serves as a technical partner to customers by providing field support, equipment assessments, lubrication recommendations, and technical guidance that enhance reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities• Conduct customer visits, lubrication assessments, and equipment inspections.• Support technical troubleshooting and provide practical engineering recommendations.• Perform used oil analysis follow-up and communicate technical findings to customers.• Lead product evaluations and prepare proof-of-performance reports.• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams.• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to align technical and business objectives.• Build strong technical relationships with industrial accounts.• Maintain accurate technical reports and customer follow-up records.
