Finance Administrator – Egypt OfficeLocation: EgyptDepartment: Finance & AdministrationReporting To: Finance Manager / Country ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our Egypt office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounting support, invoice processing, payroll coordination, vendor management, financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & AccountingProcess supplier invoices, payment requests, and expense claimsMaintain accurate financial records and documentationAssist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activitiesPrepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flowSupport monthly closing activities and financial reportingCoordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax consultants when requiredTrack project expenses and maintain cost recordsAssist in VAT/tax documentation and statutory complianceAdministrative SupportMaintain office financial files and contractsCoordinate with procurement and HR for employee reimbursements and payroll inputsManage petty cash and office expense recordsSupport travel bookings, vendor coordination, and office administration activitiesEnsure timely renewal of licenses, subscriptions, and office-related documentsCompliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to company finance procedures and internal controlsMaintain confidentiality of financial and employee informationPrepare financial summaries and reports for management reviewSupport ERP/accounting system data entry and updatesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in finance or administration rolesExperience working in multinational or project-based environments preferredGood knowledge of accounting principles and financial proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systemsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesFluency in English and Arabic preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience in engineering, industrial, consultancy, or construction sectorsKnowledge of Egypt labor and financial regulationsFamiliarity with payroll coordination and vendor managementSAP, Oracle, or similar ERP exposure is an advantage
