The role focuses on delivering insights that enhance business performance and fostering strong engagement with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and impactful financial guidance.What you’ll doLead functional budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysisInterpret financial results, explain performance trends, and support informed decision-makingAdvise on key business planning assumptions to improve outcomesDevelop a clear understanding of P&L structures and provide ad-hoc analysis and insightsCollaborate with functions, transition teams, and Group stakeholders to understand growth plans and business casesProvide finance decision support aligned with organisational objectivesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders to drive effective business partneringWho you areA finance professional with 5–8 years of relevant experienceExperienced in stakeholder engagement within complex, global environmentsSkilled in improving effectiveness and operational efficienciesAble to manage expectations across internal and external leadership groupsA strong communicator with fluent English language skillsHolds a degree from a reputable university with a strong academic recordDemonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detailHighly proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPointNot a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
