You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business goals. You will also be responsible for managing the company's budget, financial planning, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goalsManage the company's budget and monitor financial performance, making recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue generationConduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management for decision makingOversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsEnsure compliance with all financial regulations and lawsManage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditorsLead the finance team and provide mentorship and guidance for their professional developmentCollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectivesIdentify and mitigate financial risks and develop strategies for financial stability and growthQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
