Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join their team in Egypt. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional with strong leadership abilities and proven expertise in financial planning, compliance, and reporting within a fast-paced and structured environment-ideally within the shipping or maritime industry.Responsibilities: Oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions for the Egypt office. Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards and tax regulations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Monitor and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. Liaise with internal and external auditors and manage audit processes. Provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and business profitability. Support country management and regional finance team with analytical insights. Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team. Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other key stakeholders. Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Qualifications: Egyptian national. Qualified CA, ACCA, or MBA Finance with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience. Fluent in English Ideally with experience in the shipping or maritime industry. Sound knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance in Egypt. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
