About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management while supporting strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in financial management.Key Responsibilities Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and reporting systems. Manage and mentor the finance team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
